Artifacts when rendering Emission on GPU HIP on recent Arch Linux package

Found out these graphical artifacts when running blender from package instead of downloaded file on website.

Steps to reproduce:
- Install blender from pacman (
pacman -S blender
) - Switch to HIP
- Create scene with cube that has Principled BSDF with Emission 1.0
- Cover the cube another cube that has Volumetric scatter material.
- Add point light near it. Or just open .blend file sample and switch (blender-gpu-render-test-scene.blend)
