Cannot connect DualShock 3 as of 5.73-2
Description:
After successfully pairing a DualShock 3 gamepad using the ritual, it will not connect and instead stay blinking as if trying to connect, it does however stay forever retrying, never succeeding.
Connecting USB, authorizing and then disconnecting USB again:

Steps to reproduce:
- Make changes to /etc/bluetooth/input.conf as https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Gamepad#Pairing_via_Bluetooth describes
- Connect DualShock 3 via USB
- Authorize and disconnect gamepad
- Try to connect via bluetooth
- Gamepad's lights keep on blinking until batteries run flat, never connecting.
