Misc 5.73 fixes

• Revert "cleanup obsolete dir creation"

We need the install for the 555 permissions

• Drop rmdir machinery

Not needed (fakeinstall is temp artefact) + depends on the order makepkg creates the packages

• Sort the fakeinstall commands by the path/filename
