Add explicit dependencies

Reason for sh:
It is needed in example files in package, wiki install mentions to copy that example https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Bspwm#Configuration

Then there is last namcap error with python:
bspwm E: Dependency python detected and not included (python modules ['sys', 'json'] needed in files ['usr/share/doc/bspwm/examples/receptacles/induce_rules', 'usr/share/doc/bspwm/examples/receptacles/extract_canvas'], programs ['python3'] needed in scripts ['usr/share/doc/bspwm/examples/receptacles/induce_rules', 'usr/share/doc/bspwm/examples/receptacles/extract_canvas'])

I never used this when I used bspwm and I don't even know if this works with python3.12/3.13, is it worth adding to optdeps?
