Reformat arrays in PKGBUILD

Hi. I maintain cronet AUR package, which is based on this one. I frequently merge changes from this repository, which always results in conflicts due to everchanging values. This is an attempt to limit the scope of the conflicts, which will make my job a bit easier. Plus, it makes the code more consistent with the rest of the file.
