Draft: Adjust the pacman-contrib optdepends description

Robin Candau requested to merge adjust_pacman_contrib_optdepends_desc into main

pacman-contrib is also a dependency for the '--pkgver=PKGVER' option for pkgctl build and will become one for pkgctl version upgrade once archlinux/devtools!236 (merged) is merged.

Making this MR a draft while waiting for archlinux/devtools!236 (merged) to be merged.
