Not recognized as HTTP handler
Setting MimeType
in dillo.desktop
to
MimeType=text/html;application/xhtml+xml;x-scheme-handler/http;x-scheme-handler/https;
Will allow other applications (like browsers) to recognize Dillo as HTTP handler.

Anyway, this pkg is an orphan i.e. there is no Arch maintainer. So the chances of it being implemented are slim. You might have a slightly better chance by submitting a Merge Request. But in the circumstances, I'm setting a due date for closure (in the event nothing happens)...
