Minor fixes

Jan Alexander Steffens (heftig) requested to merge minor-fixes into main

  • Move _pick function
    Put it with the packaging functions.

  • Split debuginfod from elfutils
    Instead of the other way around, which was more complicated.

  • Don't build twice for tests
    I don't think it's worth worrying about the extra -g.
