Major rework for upstream changes that changed project to purely Ruby based and only signed the .gem and not the tarball or git. As the git is not signed it is only used to provide the testcases and test framework all the source comes from the .gem.

New package required ruby-sys-filesystem which in turn requires ruby-mkmf-lite ruby-ptools ruby-memoist.
