Enable libsmbclient support for ffmpeg.

As the backend of many players, ffmpeg often makes these players unable to play files using the smb:// protocol. Enabling libsmbclient support for ffmpeg allows users to directly play samba shared video files over the network whitout mount in file managers such as dolphin.
