The source project of this merge request has been removed.
drop pandoc and git build deps (1.4.3)
The 1.4.2 flac tarball (previous release) was corrupted and did not provide usable man pages. This has been fixed in 1.4.3, so we can go back to using it and drop the pandoc + haskell build dependencies.
Since we're downloading from Github, we're not really losing any authenticity guarantee by removing the Github-signed commit key.
