Replace Google Location Service with beaconDB as default provider

Unlike Google Location Service, beaconDB is open source and privacy-respecting. It is compatible with the Ichnaea protocol used by the now-retired Mozilla Location Service (MLS). Major Linux distros including Ubuntu, Fedora, Alpine Linux, and NixOS, have already switched from MLS to beaconDB. Therefore, it makes sense for Arch to do the same. 🐱
