Minor fixes

This will update godot to 4.3 with the following changes made:

  1. Change pulseaudio to pulse-native-provider
  2. Add brotli, ca-certificates, and openxr as system dependencies.
  3. Remove miniupnpc from system deps due to this bug and add clipper2 as built in
  4. Change CXXFLAGS, CFLAGS, LINKFLAGS, to cxxflags, cflags, and linkflags respectively due to upstream change
  5. Change rvo2 to rvo2_rd and rvo2_3d

I built this in a extra-x86_64-build chroot, but still would want it to be checked before merging because I am paranoid.
