Enable automatic color by default

Yes, I'm aware of !2 (closed) and !4 (closed).

  • But at this point, both fedora and debian enable it by default.
  • I've resorted to writing a shell script for all my arch systems in /usr/local/bin to make colored output play well with sudo.
  • Everyone I know (that knows about color output) enables it.

If there really exists someone who prefers no color, they can just alias ip='ip -color=never'. I guarantee you this is way less people than the ones who have to alias to enable color output.

I can just continue patching all my systems to fix this, but... what am I doing here? This seems like a much easier solution for everyone involved.
