PKGBUILD changes:

- Remove pkgver() - no longer necessary since source is fetched by pkgver tag.
- Vendor Go dependencies in prepare() to avoid downloads in build() and
  check().
- Avoid using Makefile to follow the package guidelines more closely -
  enables support for debug package.
