kalarm requires libvlc

    Description:

    Since kalarm version 24.08.0-1 [as stated with $pacman -Qi kalarm, but the app shows "Version 3.9.0 (KDE Gear 24.08.0)"], I couldn't start it because I had vlc-git version 4.0.0.r30698.gac0545c6c5-1-x86_64 (which AUR shows as 4.0.0.r29905.gc347fed91e-1 which I couldn't understand yet).

    The error I receive is: $ kalarm kalarm: error while loading shared libraries: libvlc.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

    Uninstalling vlc-git and installing the official package vlc (version 3.0.21-2 as of 8-Sept-24), kalarm starts fine.

    Probably that's why VLC version 4 is the developing branch, but it seems strange that an app that has almost nothing to do with video like kalarm relies on VLC.
