Build the md-linear module

Description:

CONFIG_MD_LINEAR was restored in Linux 6.14 and the change was backported to stable kernels. For Linux 6.12, it was restored in 6.12.14.

The linux package added CONFIG_MD_LINEAR=m in 6.13.3.arch1-1, so, IMO, the linux-lts package should do the same.
