FS#31270 - [linux] 3.4.x -3.5.x Enable CONFIG_X86_X32 for Linux kernel

There is an original report requesting the CONFIG_X86_X32 feature to be enabled: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/31270

The feature was granted with commit bde5e9099bb3635ca1a40af5460389a8c3a9992d.

But later on the feature was dropped with commit 60fcf046d8688c266f0a21430b3d7730fdfc640d.

The commit message has no description related to x32, so, it looks like it was accidentally dropped.

Please, can it be enabled again?
