Split llvm-lit package

Hi, I was studying the PKGBUILD for the LLVM building, and I noticed that the llvm-lit suite was built with the main llvm suite. Idk if it was necessary for some build steps, but I'd rather suggest to build it separately in order to handle a cleaner environment (and without hard-depend on python for the base llvm).
