Updated to NetBeans 26 release build

It seems the custom clusters file and the config files in /usr/etc were an attempt to adjust paths so that the launcher can find the files. Since NB 26 would have required more workarounds, I added a simple script which can be put into /usr/bin which executes the actual launcher in the application directory.
