Merge / unsplit nextcloud-client + nextcloud-client-cloudproviders
This MR will merge nextcloud-client and nextcloud-client-cloudproviders. This is due to a change in upstream nextcloud[0] and libcloudproviders[1], that would require a rebuild without libcloudprovider integration to disable this feature. The MR also includes a patch to fix[2] an oversight[3] of the new implementation
