560.35.03-9 severely degrades wayland performance

Description:

After updating linux (6.10.10.arch1-1 -> 6.11.1.arch1-1) and nvidia (560.35.03-6 -> 560.35.03-9), performance of wayland compositors degraded severely. Hyprland is barely functioning, with visual glitches, extremely low frame rates, and poor responsiveness to input. Plasma doesn't start at all.

Downgrading manually to older versions linux (6.11.1.arch1-1 -> 6.10.8.arch1-1), nvidia (560.35.03-9 -> 560.35.03-3) resolves this issue for me.

If it would be helpful, I can try switching to nvidia-dkms to narrow down this issue to kernel or driver.
