Move db5.3 and gdbm to optdepends, as only a few modules depend on them.

Geert Hendrickx requested to merge ghen/perl:perl-db-optdepends into main

This allows for a more minimal perl installation.

We could further consider splitting the modules into separate sub-packages, but that seems overkill.
