add xdg portals to optdepends
From Phosh Matrix room:
Official Debian packaging in phosh upstream has these two packages listed as "Recommends", which means they get installed by default (but can be removed), but I guess Pacman doesn't really have a corresponding concept. Sway adds xdg-d-port-wlr as an optdepends, so this change is consistent with sway at least :)
