The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Disable sse4.2,lzcnt,popcnt
From Wikipedia, sse4.2 and popcnt belong to x86_64-v2, and lzcnt belongs to x86_64-v3. Enabling them would break our baseline.
This worthes a pkgrel bump and rebuild I think.
