Add upstreamed fix for libcamera 0.2.0 support.
Rebuild against libcamera 0.2.0.

To pull in `pipewire-pulse` as the default provider of a native
PulseAudio implementation.

After adding an equivalent provides to `pulseaudio` to avoid breaking
existing systems, we can incrementally move dependencies from
`pulseaudio` to `pulse-native-provider` in order to make
`pipewire-pulse` our default implementation of PulseAudio.

To pull in Wireplumber as the default session manager.

Implementations of a session manager like `wireplumber` and
`pipewire-media-session` provide `pipewire-session-manager`, so this
package can be removed without breaking deps as long as an
implementation is installed.

Specifically enable man pages to be built and add all new ones to their respective packages.
Switch to correct SPDX license identifiers for project.
Simplify providing the soname version, as it is no longer bound to the version of the project.

Rebuild to move the new vban modules to pipewire-audio.

Remove now included patch.
