Change the postgres shell from /bin/bash to /usr/bin/bash

nl6720 requested to merge nl6720/package-postgresql:sysusers-/usr/bin/bash into main

This matches the SHELL value in /etc/default/useradd. While that is not relevant for system users, it still looks nicer if they match.
