fix: Unit network-online.service not found

This MR replace network-online.service with network-online.target in the unit file.

Why this MR?

The current systemd unit has a dependency on network-online.service, which doesn't exist on the 3 ArchLinux systems I checked. I found nothing relevant on Google, nor on the forum, nor on this piece of doc. So I came to the conclusion this is just a bug.
