- add config files to the backup array
- fix depends and pkgdesc for split packages

Split out documentation files to prrte-docs.
Conflict with putty, as it also provides a pterm.

devtools 20230105-1 enables the debug option by default.

A follow-up commit will remove debug from alongside other options.
