Include data files into the package

Mattia Procopio requested to merge astromatto/python-astropy-iers-data:chore/data into main

Also bump to version 0.2024.03.25.00.29.50

The actual version of the package is missing data files under the data/ folder and this leads to runtime errors (File not found) when this lib is used.

I issued a patch to upstream already https://github.com/astropy/astropy-iers-data/pull/24

Would this change be fine in the meanwhile?
