The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Remove pytest-runner, add SPDX license
No check() function is set in the PKGBUILD, so pytest-runner is not needed. So, making Task Todo List pytest-runner removal happy.
I tried to make the tests work, but I was unable to make the Cython cencoding.pyx be imported by the tests.
