Fix icon installation

Sebastian Wiesner requested to merge swsnr/rio:swsnr-main-patch-41750 into main

Currently the icon installs to /usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps/rio.svg/rio-logo.svg which doesn't look right, and doesn't work with the desktop file (which says Icon=rio).

Removing -t should install to /usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps/rio.svg which is likely what was intended here.
