upgpkg: 5.4.0-1

Carl Smedstad requested to merge carsme/ruby-maxitest:upgpkg-5.4 into main

The current version (4.5.0) is incompatible with the ruby-minitest version currently in [extra]. This breaks the build of ruby-fakefs and some packages in the AUR. I've confirmed that updating to 5.4.0 fixes the issues and that the build ruby-fakefs works. Thanks!
