Draft: Remove unused depends libatasmart.
libtatasmart is used to build a disks plugin if dbus-glib is available at build time. Which it is not. The plugin also not compatible with udisks2, it uses the bus name org.freedesktop.UDisks while udisks2 uses org.freedesktop.UDisks2. Related libatasmart#1 (closed).
