Updated Cargo.lock. Tested on both x84_64 and loong64, all tests passed. It will resolve #1 (closed)

The upstream repository has been archived. Note that the dependency, fern, has a security issue. However, from my assessment, it does not impact our usage.

Considering this, we should explore alternatives for critical packages like libkdegames. Although the current tool is effective in reducing SVG file sizes, it is not essential. These packages can function adequately without it.
