The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Remove sed instruction and options variable due to upstream changes
As per this commit that is now included in 2.24.1 patching the Makefile with the correct make target for tuned-ppd shouldn't be necessary anymore as the tuned-ppd target now only installs the minimum required directories and files.
A pkgrel bump shouldn't be necessary as the same package is produced.
