It has been three weeks since the newest version (0.27.1) of uvicorn has been released. The new version builds and runs fine.

Also following https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/PKGBUILD#license and https://rfc.archlinux.page/0016-spdx-license-identifiers/ I changed the license identifier to the the SPDX style.
