Description:

When launching epiphany, which depends on webkitgtk-6.0, epiphany exits with exit code 127 and the following error message:

epiphany: error while loading shared libraries: libicudata.so.73: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

This seems to be an issue on your end, is your system fully upgraded (pacman -Syu)?

This looks like a partial upgrade, which is unsupported: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/System_maintenance#Partial_upgrades_are_unsupported

A possible cause for this partial upgrade could also be some AUR package.
