A few binaries missing since 10.2-1

Description:

Since 10.2-1, a few binaries are missing from the package, namely /usr/bin/wine-preloader, /usr/bin/wine64, and /usr/bin/wine64-preloader. Most pertinent to me is wine64, which broke a few of my games set up via Bottles.

There were no packaging changes going from 10.1-1 to 10.2-1, so I assume this must be caused by some changes in the upstream Makefile (or Autotools, whatever they use).
