diffoscope comparison of package produced with and without this commit only detects changes in .BUILDINFO .MTREE and .PKGINFO all related to the removed dependency and packages it pulled into the build environment.
grep -ir webkit of the source tarball wxsvg-1.5.25.tar.bz2 produces no matches.
