Mark as replacing recurrent AUR package with variant name

The python-xmldiff package keeps getting reposted on the AUR because people have it on their systems to supply dependencies and don't realize that it is in this official package already. It's been deleted several times, but having this flag set should greatly reduce the recurrence by providing the thing they think they need and replacing their existing package.
