0.47.3 includes dynamic-compilation.patch

The changelog mentions a new flag 'with_shared' which produces equivalent code to 'dynamic-compilation.patch', rendering the latter unnecessary.

Enable 'with_shared' and delete 'dynamic-compilation.patch'. Remove prepare function.
