Extend integration tests to [multilib]

The integration tests in CI should also cover [multilib]. If the multilib database is not available this test should be skipped so that it can also run on hosts that don't have it available (modification of /etc/pacman.conf requires root, which is easy on a container, but should not be assumed on a default Arch host).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
