Fix inclusion of missing JSON schema

David Runge requested to merge fix/schema_inclusion into main

The changes to the tox file in !66 (merged) introduced a regression in which the JSON schema files for the repositories would not be found anymore.

Export all JSON schema files to a common top-level location and include from there in all documentation files.
