Build fails with recent mkosi

Recent mkosi versions make our CI fail (e.g. https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/signstar/-/jobs/279281) with:

Generating unified kernel image for kernel version 6.11.7-hardened1-1-hardened
ukify: error: argument --signtool: invalid choice: 'systemd-sbsign' (choose from 'sbsign', 'pesign')
‣ "/usr/bin/python3 /usr/bin/ukify build --os-release @/work/home/testuser/.cache/mkosi/mkosi-workspace-hszefybm/root/usr/lib/os-release...

Temporary workaround may be fixing mkosi version to a last good commit.

It seems to be broken since https://github.com/systemd/mkosi/commit/03420ea12787c659794dc4826611eda75af10079 as the previous one works OK.
