Automate creation of releases on crates.io

Currently the release process of the crates in this project is manual.

We would like to automate the creation of releases on crates.io using the dedicated Arch Linux Github user and a dedicated token.

Creating an update in a merge request using release-plz, as well as tagging should likewise be simplified using a just recipe.

Do we already have something like this set up for any other Arch Linux maintained crate?

Yeah, the ALPM crates do this already. I just need to invite the respective user and then someone in the DevOps team has to add a token etc. I believe. I have not yet done this with a workspace of several crates though

@gromit infrastructure#504 (closed) may have some clues if you want to implement this. Ping me if you need help :)
