Also set zram_count to 1 because creating 48 devices on dragon is not
usable for swap. We don't need multiple devices anyway; SMP is handled
through multiple compression streams.

This never worked well as irccat seems to be buggy with joining the
devops channel. Additionally we are moving away from Zabbix for
monitoring.

Apply more security hardening, add pgp key fetching and verification for
the git repository.

rsync_net is a storagebox for backups and cannot apply normal roles.

We now have a status.archlinux.org page that's on uptimerobot and it monitors a few
of our services. Added the credentials for that service on the vault.

Remove unused devlist-mailer and apply some hardening.
