pacdiff: add backup option

Merged Matthew Armand requested to merge matthewarmand/pacman-contrib:pacdiff-backup-option into master
  • Supply the -b/--backup flag with pacdiff, and when overwriting it'll save the old version of the file with '.bak'
  • made changes to script, help text, man page, and zsh completions
