Draft: Add doas support

Marek Vospel requested to merge marekvospel/pacman-contrib:feat/doas-support into master

This commit adds the option to elevate privileges with doas instead of sudo if sudo is not found.

I have changed paccache, checkupdates and pacscripts, pacdiff still needs to be updated
