Update the possible options of the options array in PKGBUILD.vim

Quentin Michaud requested to merge mh4ckt3mh4ckt1c4s/pacman-contrib:master into master

The staticlibs option was missing according to the makepkg man. I left the options that are not present in the man page(purge, color, check and sign) because I'm not sure if they are undocumented options or useful for something else. If not I can delete them.
